Adrian’s Operation Recovery Support

Special note: This Gofundme page  has been created on behalf of Adrian’s sister, Mary, who will be managing all funds raised. 

In the past few years, nature guide Adrian Storimans, from Wild Harmony Canoe Adventures, has guided our Experience Manitoba members through all sorts of canoe and snow shoe adventures.

His passion for the outdoors is contagious and everyone who meets him develops a renewed appreciation for nature and embracing activities which take place outside. This past summer he has guided us on numerous excursions, all while in pain and waiting for surgery.

After having a cancerous tumour successfully removed from his mouth, our trusted friend, Adrian's recovery begins, which will include many unknowns and several unexpected expenses.  The surgery involved the partial removal of his tongue, hence follow-up appointments and other treatments are in the planning. Moreover, when discussing this with him, using a white board, it is  Adrian's intent that if for any reason a surplus of funds was collected as a result of this fundraiser, that they would be further donated  to Cancer Care Manitoba.
