Soy amiga de Adrian, Adrian tiene 21 años.
Puedo decir que es la persona mas fuerte y noble que conozco. En Octubre del 2016 llego a los Estados Unidos con su familia, buscando nuevas oportunidades.
Con el estres y la corredera de empezar de cero en un nuevo pais no se percato de unas molestias que estaban afectando su cuerpo hasta que el dolor y unas pertuberacias notadas ya eran inaguantables, decidio comentarle a su Papa de lo que estaba sintiendo y decidieron ir al Doctor.
En enero se hicieron los exámenes de ultrasonido que detectaron un tumor en el testículo izquierdo.
Luego con el urólogo se definió la necesidad inmediata de operar y estudiar la naturaleza del tumor.
El 6 de Febrero realizaron una operacion para extraer dicho tumor.
El 14 de Febrero estaban listos los resultados de la biopsia del tumor y el diagnóstico dió positivo a cáncer testicular. Con una metástasis hacia diferentes órganos, lesiones en los pulmones y el abdomen como area afectada.
Al ser este cancer considerado muy agresivo porque reune los 3 tipos de celulas cancerigenas, se determino con el oncólogo efectuar immediatamente 4 ciclos de quimioterapia:
7 dias cada una por 8 horas, es decir, mas de 200 horas de quimio por 3 meses y medio.
En este periodo, jamas vimos a Adrian quejarse, jamas vimos que bajara la cabeza.
Despues de su primer ciclo de quimio en Abril regreso a Honduras para recibir su titulo de Licenciado en Mercadotecnia y Negocios Internacionales y regreso para continuar con su Segundo, Tercero y Cuarto Ciclo de quimioterapias.
Lastimosamente el tratamiento no fue suficiente y aún hay remanentes en el cuerpo que se van a extraer manualmente en una cirugía de alto riesgo en el Miami Cancer Institute del Baptist Hospital.
Es por eso que me dirijo a ustedes pidiendoles su ayuda, la familia de Adrian y el acaban de llegar a este pais y no cuentan con los recursos suficientes para costear los gastos, creemos que con un granito de arena que todos puedan poner, ayudarian enormemente a esta familia.
Ayudanos a compartir la historia de Adrian.

I'm a friend of Adrian, Adrian is 21 years old.
I can say that he is the strongest and most humble person I know. In October of 2016 he arrived in the United States with his family, looking for new opportunities.
With the stress of starting from scratch in a new country he did not pay attention to some discomfort that was affecting his body until the pain was unbearable decided to tell his dad what he was feeling and he decided to take him to the Doctor.
In January, ultrasound examinations were performed that detected a tumor in the left testicle.
Then the urologist defined the immediate need to operate and study the nature of the tumor.
On February 6, they underwent an operation to remove the tumor.
On February 14, the results of the tumor biopsy were ready and the diagnosis was positive for testicular cancer with a metastasis to different organs, lesions in the lungs and abdomen as affected area.
As this cancer is considered very aggressive because it brings together the 3 types of cancerous cells, it was determined with the oncologist to immediately perform 4 cycles of chemotherapy:
7 days each for 8 hours, ie more than 200 hours chemo for 3 and a half months.
In this period, we never saw Adrian complain, we never saw him lower his head. After his first chemo cycle in April, he returned to Honduras to receive his Bachelor's degree in Marketing and International Business and returned to continue his Second, Third and Fourth Cycle of chemotherapies.
Unfortunately the treatment was not enough and there are still remnants in the body that will be removed manually in a high risk surgery at the Miami Cancer Institute of Baptist Hospital.
That is why I am writing this to you asking for your help, the family of Adrian and Adrian have just arrived in this country and do not have the resources to pay the expenses, we believe that with a little effort everyone can enormously this family.
Help us share Adrian's story.
