Adoption: The Julie and Lindsay Story

Two survivors pass briefly on a beautiful, sunny afternoon committed to raising awareness on the crimes of human trafficking and sexual exploitation, driven only by their own stories and a desire of freedom for others. Yet never thought for a moment that they were about to be connected for the rest of their lives.
I am honored and blessed to know, even for a short time, the beautiful Lindsey Haus. She is the bravest, most selfless person that I have had the privilege of getting to know. Her decision to give her unborn baby girl up for adoption certainly must come as a difficult one. But still so strong she sets aside her own desires, emotions and whole self and looks at the opportunity to bless her unborn baby girl to this mother-
less, redemptive soul.
For those of you that know me even a little, know my desire to have children. You also may know the cards or circumstances that could appear to be stacked against me. Nonetheless, God has opened the door, yet once again, and has blessed me with the opportunity to adopt.
As I heard the attorney say that I should expect what Lindsey and I are trying to do cost me anywhere from $9-11,000 dollars, my heart sunk. The financial cost involved in adoption had me feeling a little defeated. But then I was reminded of all that God has brought me through and all the mighty things that He has already accomplished in and through me! My experience with my walk with God has truly been one that if I do my
part, He will do His. He has restored and saved both Lindsey and I in remarkable, unimaginable ways! Lindsey and I both know all too well that the impossible things of God can and will come true. For the next few months, Lindsey and I will be stepping out on faith, together. I will walk with her through her pregnancy and support her in any way that I can, and she will walk with me as I prepare the means to be able to
bring her child home as my own. Tears stream down my face as I say these words out loud, fear and blessing collide as an opportunity of my unanswered prayers lie in the distance.
We are seeking financial donations to make those impossibilities that lie on our heart a reality, as we prepare and walk out together my journey as the adoptive forever-mother of Isabella Grace. Please pray for us as you read this story and trust that your donation and prayers are molding to make a family a reality for myself and peace for Lindsey to always know that her sweet bay girl will never go with out an abundance of love and protection by both our Father in Heaven and myself.
This is a delicate place for me to turn and ask others for such a magnitude of help like this. Nonetheless, Lindsey is due in 10 weeks!! And I am her preferred selection to mother her unborn child as my own. Please consider any size donation and stand in agreement with us believing that God is preparing to show us more than we could
