Adoption for Anna

I have had my granddaughter since birth.  It has taken me this long to have full custody of her.  Now I am going for adoption. But, I am having a hard time finding her dad and have ran in to more complications. I have already paid over $5,000 in fees and still have a ways to go. I'm just asking for any kind of help to finish the process of the adoption.  Getting this finished will put our minds at ease. Anna and I have been wanting this for a long time.
