Adopting a tiny Thomas

We have been trying to grow our family but are experiencing complications in conceiving naturally. Morgan has taken some mild fertility medicine (Clomid) but it has not worked. We have always felt God calling and leading us to adopt, and were planning to start the adoption process in 2017. However, we received a call from a family member on December 19 that has rocked our world.
We got a call that there is a woman who is pregnant with a girl, due in February/March, that needs an adoptive family. This happens to be the same birth mom that Josh's cousin adopted from last year. So the girl would be half-sisters and second cousins...pretty cool!
We are excited and afraid, but feel God is calling us to step out in faith and follow His lead. This timing is definitely not our timing, as we are already strapped financially with Morgan starting a new job and not having any PTO accrued and holiday gift-buying. However, we know that if this is from the Lord, He will provide.
The total private adoption cost is estimated to be $15,000 (including home study fees, background clearances, attorney fees, travel between New Orleans and north Mississippi). That total does not include actual necessary baby items (crib, clothes, diapers, formula, etc) or lost wages from time needed off work. More than anything, we're asking for our friends and family to pray faithfully; for us, the birth mom, and baby girl. We pray that Gods will is done in His timing and for His glory. If you feel led to also give financially or provide us with some necessary items, we would be forever grateful.
