Climb Against Violence

Update:


After 6 long days(with an especially grueling summit night), I have reached the top of Mount Kilimanjaro.  I thought of all of you as I was pushing through the last thousands of feet.  I just wanted to take this time to thank all of you again for your support.  Between gofundme and outside donations, we were able to raise $2,100 for The Women's Safe House of Saint Louis! 

I'm off to Safari now, but I look forward to catching up with you all when I get back sometime next week!

Hello Friends,

On August 2nd, I will be traveling to Tanzania to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro in an effort to raise money for the The Women's Safe House in Saint Louis, MO.  

Over the past three years I have volunteered with this fine organization through the United Way. The Women's Safe House provides safe shelter and support services to battered women and their dependent children and works to empower women to make informed choices about their futures.
