Adi's Weight Loss Surgery

Hi, this is my friend Adi. He has two beautiful children and every reason to live a fulfilled life with them but unfortunately his health is suffering because of his weight. He needs to loose 250 lbs and has struggled for many years to loose it. He has very high blood pressure, fatty liver, arthritic knees, shortness of breath and is in desperate need of life saving surgery asap. His life is becoming unstable and incapable of enjoying activities with his children. I have started this page because he has no insurance and the cost of the weight loss surgery is $15,000.
