ADI Santa Rosa Employee Fire Relief

Due to the recent devastation of wildfires in the Sonoma County, many of our colleagues in our Santa Rosa site were evacuated from their homes and the general surrounding area and were potentially at risk for significant loss. The days that followed were spent checking on loved ones and their beloved community. Thankfully, all of our colleagues are safe and most have been fortunate to go back to their homes and begin moving forward after these tragic events. 

Unfortunately one of our team member's homes was completely destroyed, along with most of the family’s belongings.  The family home was in the direct line of the fire's path and around 2am the 1st night, the family was awakened by the heavy smoke and only had a few moments to grab whatever personal and important belongings that they could and make it out safely.  This family left their home and went out checking on and alerting the nearby neighbors trying to wake everyone around them to warn them of the danger that had arrived to ensure everyone got out safely.

As time progresses, the realization of the current needs for everyday incidentals and the uncertainty of the challenges of  rebuilding costs and resources that lay ahead of this family is almost overwhelming.
