Greetings again, I'm Mohammad Abuajwa, a Palestinian student in Germany. I am organizing this campaign for my uncle, Adham, and his wife, Jumana, who are living in Gaza right now. This is their message:
Adham is a 28-year-old father living in the Gaza Strip, a place that has not known peace for years. Every morning, he stands by the window of their fragile home, one that could collapse at any moment, watching his children try to play despite the destruction surrounding them. Jude, the oldest at seven years old, dreams of becoming a doctor so he can heal the wounded people he sees every day. Jowan, five years old, still wakes up in the middle of the night crying from the terrifying sounds of explosions that he learned to fear far too young. And little Wateen, only two years old, has never known a life without fear and deprivation.
His wife, Jumana, tries to remain strong for the sake of her family. She hides her tears every night and prays for a tomorrow with more safety and a meal that is enough for her kids. The siege and the ongoing war have turned even the simplest needs of life into a daily struggle. Clean water is scarce, electricity comes only for a few hours, and medicine is nearly impossible to find. Employment opportunities have vanished, leaving Adham unable to secure the basics his family needs to survive.
Adham is not a man who gives up. He has worked any job he could find, from selling vegetables to doing the hardest construction work. Yet reality has proven to be harsher than what one young man can endure alone. The latest war destroyed his only source of income, leaving him desperately searching for any way to protect his children from hunger and illness.
Today, this family’s dream is incredibly simple: a safe home, enough food, and a life where Jude, Jowan, and Wateen can grow up like any other children, without fear, without their future being completely uncertain.
Your help is not just a donation. It is a gesture of humanity that tells them the world still cares. That there are people, thousands of miles away, who feel their pain and want to bring hope into their lives.
Help Adham and Jumana so their children can grow up safely. Any contribution, no matter how small, can be the beginning of a new path for this family… a new hope, long-awaited.
Let us give them the chance they deserve to live.
From your hearts to theirs… thank you for your kindness.
