Adele's Surgery: Tumor Removal

This is our precious Adele!

Adele is only 7.5 years old (her birthday is in December) and she's been suffering from a large tumor the size of a grapefruit on her neck for a few months now. Though the tumor is restricting and often painful, it still hasn't crushed her feisty spirit!

She still has so much love and so much life to live but the tumor is cancerous and taking a toll on her body. She is a very lively dog and frequently bumps and hits her tumor causing her lots of pain. It has also become necrotic and is causing her to feel ill. We have taken her to the oncologist and it needs to be operated on and removed before it gets any worse. Given it's size, it needs immediate attention before it becomes inoperable. The location is particularly dangerous because it is in close proximity to her trachea and carotid artery and could potentially cause complications.
