As time had gone by, I have worked on my own recovery from Co-Dependency Behaviors developed at a young age and carried into adulthood.
I want to help  others in their own recovery programs as an Addiction/Recovery Life Coach. I currently hold a Personal Training Certificate and feel that these other certificates would round out my education in the Life Coaching field.
