Add water to the dog park in Wilshire Park

The Friends of Wilshire Park is on to our next project. After successfully getting a new house and new car in the toddler area, we are now working toward adding a water fountain for the dog park. As you can see from the picture, the current situation needs some improving. Please help us add this needed element to the dog park.
