In August this year, we are heading to Redding, California for Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry, and we need your help to get there!
During the 3 years we have been married, we have been earnestly pursuing God and discovering his plans for our life together. After a time of working and being part of our church community in Walsall, we really feel like this is the next stage in our journey.
We want to go to BSSM to:
1. Dedicate an extended amount of time to growing in our faith and what we believe.
2. Equip us with the best tools to serve God and others through ministry and mission.
3. Deepen our relationship with God, and understand his heart for us.
How you can help:
We can't begin this journey without you!
We want and need the love and support of our family and friends to make this opportunity a reality. We have a big fundraising goal, which is daunting, but we're putting our faith in God and thinking of as many creative ways as possible to raise the money.
Some of our upcoming fundraising events include climbing a mountain, selling leather notebooks, a fundraising evening and more.
We are so grateful for everyone who will support us financially and spiritually during this next few months to reach our fundraising goal!
What will the money we raise be going towards?
The course itself costs around £6,000 for both of us. We then need to raise living expenses (rent, utilities) as well as our flights, visas, and (most importantly...) FOOD!!!
Part of our time at Bethel will be funded by money that we save from working, we've moved in with family in order to save as much as possible on living expenses.
What is Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry?
The schools website says this:
“BSSM is designed to be a ministry training center where our students embrace their royal identity, learn the values of the Kingdom and walk in the authority and power of the King. It is a transformational experience and your life will be forever impacted!
BSSM is not for the faint of heart. It is an extremely fast paced season of schooling and you must be ready and willing to invest time and energy. Each week consists of 20 hours of teaching, conference style classes, revival and small group meetings, and weekly outreaches. In addition to this students can expect 15-20 hours of homework per week.
Our mission is to equip and deploy revivalists who passionately pursue world-wide transformation in their God given spheres of influence. Students are trained to continue in the ministry style of Jesus: to enjoy the presence of God, say what He is saying, and do what He is doing.”
