Adam's seat cushion & medical bills

Hi everyone!
As you may have heard or read recently, Adam is back in the hospital. After a long few months, we are almost ready to go home, but need your help. Asking for your help is extremely difficult for us, and we would not ask if we had any other option. Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated. We would like to be home for Christmas and with your help we may be able to do that.
Adam has been in the hospital since the end of August, with only a three week break at home. He has undergone four different surgeries in that time frame. It has been determined that a new seat cushion is needed while he finishes healing and then another one once he is fully healed. We will be going back to Rochester in a few months to determine the correct cushion he will need for the long term. Insurance will only cover a new cushion every two years. Due to the need for a temporary cushion, we cannot run it through insurance. We need to wait to use the insurance for the cushion that he will use long term.
This is where we are asking our families and friends to help us. We cannot afford the temporary cushion. Right now, the cushion is what is stopping us from going home. As soon as we can get this cushion, we can go home. We are asking you, our families and friends, to help us in any way that you can. Anything you can help provide will get us one step closer to being home for the holidays. We have already spent one holiday (Thanksgiving), both our birthdays, and our wedding anniversary in the hospital. Please understand how difficult this is for us, we would not ask if we had other options. We appreciate any help you can give us.
