<div>On August 7th, Adam Bonarrigo’s life changed forever. While cutting hedges for work, he was electrocuted and suffered severe burns, with 1st to 3rd degree burns covering over 20% of his body.

<div>Adam started his own company (Cèdre Parfait) at the end of 2023 and has only had the chance to be in business for two short years. Because he is self-employed, he is not covered by CNESST, leaving him without financial assistance during this overwhelming and uncertain time.

<div>Doctors estimate he will remain in the hospital for at least a month. He faces the possibility of losing his hand and is living with life-altering injuries that will require a long and painful recovery.

<div><span>For the foreseeable future, Adam will be unable to work and provide for himself.
When he leaves the hospital, Adam will need to undergo extensive rehabilitation and specialized treatments, including: </span>

<div>Le 7 août dernier, la vie d’Adam Bonarrigo a complètement basculé. En taillant des haies pour le travail, il a été électrocuté et a subi de graves brûlures, du 1er au 3e degré, sur plus de 20 % de son corps.

Comme il est à son compte, il n’est pas couvert par la CNESST, donc il se retrouve sans aide financière dans ce moment tellement difficile et incertain. </span>

<div>Les médecins prévoient qu’il devra rester à l’hôpital au moins un mois. Il risque de perdre une main et vit présentement avec des blessures qui vont changer sa vie et demander une longue et douloureuse guérison.

<div>Pour un bon bout de temps, Adam ne pourra pas travailler ni subvenir à ses besoins. Une fois sorti de l’hôpital, il devra suivre une réadaptation importante et plusieurs traitements spécialisés, dont :
