<div>I took part in a gruelling cycling challenge called the Moel Siabod Sportif Bike Ride on June 8th 2024.
</div>
<div>The ride was 105 miles with a 9000ft ascent in Snowdonia and was no small feat, it took me 12 hours in the saddle 11,000 calories burned, 7 litres of water, 15 bananas, 10 brownies, 7 flapjacks, 2 sandwiches, one lager shandy and countless gels and energy bars! Without a shadow of a doubt my hardest ride yet! But knowing that the funds raised are going towards the Matt Gallagher Foundation meant I had the required motivation to complete the ride as he is one of my rugby brothers and true inspiration.

</div>
<div>Matt Gallagher's determination to support the MND community despite facing his diagnosis is truly inspiring. MND presents immense challenges, not only for the individuals affected but also for their families. By establishing the Matt Gallagher Foundation, Matt and his family are providing much-needed support and hope to those grappling with this condition.
</div>
<div>Every contribution, regardless of its size, can make a difference in supporting the Foundation's efforts. Whether it's through participation in the ride, spreading awareness, or making a donation, everyone has the opportunity to contribute to this important cause.them and their families. Whether it is funding a stairlift, wet room or helping fund a dream holiday to make lasting memories with loved ones We understand that time is of the essence and delays provided by larger organisations, can often cause additional pain and suffering, so we aim to make quick decisions.
