Zakynthos has a problem with strays, the island is over populated because of the lack of education, finances and ignorance, Many kind hearted people here in ZAKYNTHOS and other countries are doing what they can in this never ending plight, which we are very greatful for, but there is only so far funds raised through generosity of others will GO TO ASSIST WITH FOOD COSTS, VETENARY COSTS ETC
We have an endless plight asking for foster homes,the ones we do have are full to the brim.
We need your help! we have many street dogs and cats that are fed through feeding programmes, these are given T.L C but on the streets, we encounter many dogs and cats that have many babies, and it saddens us, this has to be stopped!!!!!
These dogs and cats, may never experience love of a home but we can help them by raising money to sterilise them to prevent the never ending problem of unwanted, unloved puppies and kittens, if everyone SHARED this and everyone GAVE A MONETRY GIFT OF 1 EURO, this can make such a difference, 1 dog sterilised means many others will not suffer or add to the very large problem which we face here!! YOU will make a huge difference and will assist us in our GOAL.

Currently we have a BLUE JEANS & AMBER, AND A FEW OTHERS ALREADY BEEN SUGGESTED, Ginger and bess through your help has now been sterilised, THANKYOU, all of these are STREET DOGS these lovely zante gals need urgent sterilisation the cost for each dog is €100 but the more given the more we can help.
