Act Now JH: Defund Teton County Police

Act Now JH is a local grassroots organization currently working to defund the police in Teton County. The 20/21 county budget will be set on June 30th. Our goal is to defund the police and redistribute money to social support systems (public health, affordable housing, One22...) to better support our community and reduce police violence.
To accomplish this goal, we are raising $2,500 to push a public awareness campaign including: JHNG ads, Daily ads, and social boosts. Ads are currently expanding petition signatures, contacting Teton County Commissioners with email templates, and driving audiences to our website and social channels to motivate Commissioners to reallocate budget priorities set to be approved on June 30th.
We have limited time to keep pushing our Commissioners to prioritize our community instead of the police. Let keep up the efforts to make real change in Teton County!
