<div>Mi nombre es Carmen Alicia Lara, tengo 47 años, soy mamá de un joven hermoso de 16 años y esposa de un hombre maravilloso. Por encima de todo, soy hija de Dios, y creo firmemente en Su amor, Su fidelidad y en que Su voluntad siempre es buena.

<div>Hoy me acerco a ustedes con el corazón lleno de humildad y gratitud anticipada, para pedirles su apoyo —en oración, en difusión de esta información y, si les es posible, en donaciones. Cada gesto, cada palabra, cada granito de arena suma para mi familia y para este proceso que estamos viviendo.

<div>En el año 2016 fui diagnosticada con cáncer de mama con compromiso en ganglios linfáticos. Me sometí a cirugía, quimioterapia y radioterapia. Gracias a Dios, al amor de muchos y a la fe que nunca nos faltó, ese camino de sanidad llegó a un hermoso final. Dios me regaló años de vida por los cuales estaré siempre agradecida.

<div>Sin embargo, hace menos de un año, después de varios estudios y síntomas, recibí un nuevo diagnóstico: esclerosis múltiple. Ha sido un proceso desafiante, pero lo hemos enfrentado con fe, esperanza y la certeza de que una vez más Dios nos sostiene de Su mano.

<div>Y hoy, nuevamente, la vida nos presenta otro reto: el cáncer ha regresado, esta vez con metástasis en ganglios linfáticos, músculos, órganos y huesos, lo que lo clasifica como un estadio 4. Los médicos están haciendo todo lo posible con tratamientos y cuidados; ellos dicen que es tratable, aunque no curable. Pero nosotros creemos que Dios es nuestro sanador, y que mientras haya vida, hay propósito.

<div>En medio de estos tratamientos surgen gastos médicos, copagos y estudios no cubiertos por el seguro, además de terapias complementarias que queremos realizar y que no cuentan con ningún tipo de cobertura. Por eso recurro a ustedes, confiando en que juntos podremos hacer posible lo que hoy parece imposible.

<div>Agradezco profundamente cada oración, cada palabra de aliento y cada aporte. Sé que todos llevamos nuestras propias cargas, por eso valoro aún más su apoyo, su empatía y su amor.

<div>My name is Carmen Alicia Lara, I’m 47 years old, the proud mother of a wonderful 16-year-old son, and the wife of an amazing man. Above all, I am a daughter of God, and I firmly believe in His love, His faithfulness, and that His will is always good.

<div>Today I come to you with a heart full of humility and gratitude in advance, asking for your support — through your prayers, by sharing this story, and, if possible, through donations. Every gesture, every word, every grain of sand means so much to my family and to this process we are walking through.

<div>In 2016, I was diagnosed with breast cancer that had spread to my lymph nodes. I underwent surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation therapy. Thanks to God, to the love of many, and to the faith that never left us, that healing journey came to a beautiful end. God granted me years of life for which I will always be grateful.

<div>However, less than a year ago, after several tests and symptoms, I received a new diagnosis: multiple sclerosis. It has been a challenging process, but we have faced it with faith, hope, and the certainty that once again, God is holding us by His hand.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>And now, life has presented us with another challenge: the cancer has returned, this time with metastasis to lymph nodes, muscles, organs, and bones, which classifies it as stage 4. The doctors are doing everything possible through treatments and care; they say it is treatable, though not curable. But we believe that God is our healer, and that as long as there is life, there is purpose.
</div>

<div>In the midst of these treatments come many medical expenses, copayments, and tests not covered by insurance, as well as complementary therapies we hope to pursue that have no coverage at all. That is why I am reaching out to you, trusting that together we can make possible what today seems impossible.
</div>

<div>I am deeply grateful for every prayer, every word of encouragement, and every contribution. I know we all carry our own burdens, which makes your empathy, your love, and your support even more precious to me.
