ACL surgery for Yip II

As many or you know, a good friend to many and great human,  Don Jellison,  passed away recently.  Sadly, he left behind 2 wonderful pooches (brother and sister, Yip 1 and Yip 2) which meant the world to him. 

A group of his friends, family, and neighbors have been looking after the pups and actively searching for either a foster home, or hopefully a forever home with a caring family. 

We taken them in and made sure they were up to date on all their shots. Yip 2, sadly has a torn ligament and needs surgery.  She is only 3yo and has a full life ahead of her but right now, its a bit tough for her to get around and knowing how energetic she normally is, its heartbreaking. 

The surgery will cost $2900 all together including meds and post op check-ups.  Were hoping to get her in as soon as possible, since it will give us the best chance to find her a new home when she is all fixed up. 

Anyone who knows Don knows how much these dogs meant to him and we all want to make sure they are taken care of and go on to live wonderful lives.  Any little bit helps and if anyone knows of rescues or foster homes, please let use know.
