AC-Heating Unit for Ms. R

Hello all. So here's my request from those who can spare a little. And please forgive me as I'm building this page on my phone...
I am a Sheriff's Deputy for an agency in South Carolina and had to respond to a woman's house last night in reference to someone taking money out of her savings account. I don't want to provide too much detail about her or her situation but hopefully enough to where you will see she needs assistance. I'll call her, Ms.R.
On arrival to Ms. R's tiny cement block house, she met me at the side door. She invited me in, where she was sitting in her kitchen with the oven on, door open. The element inside glowing red hot.
She told me she went to cash a check at her bank but they refused. They told her she didn't have any money in her account. She knew there should be money in there. She gave me a small stack of unopened bank statements from her bank. I asked if I could open them; she obliged.
They showed a small deposit in May 2019. Since then, the bank's monthly "service" charge emptied her account. I told her she may need to get with another bank or credit union.
I believe Ms. R may suffer from a slight mental handicap. However, I am asking for help to buy her a mini-split air conditioning/heating unit for her residence. She advised that her window AC unit was stolen some time ago and that she heats with the oven. I know a electrician/installer that will donate his time to hook the unit up for Ms R.
If possible, I would love to get her that item for her house and whatever money leftover, if any, give to her.
