Aces Army

Ace is 9 weeks old, he was born 4 weeks early but was a happy, healthy baby. At 4 weeks old he contracted meningitis.
Before we were discharged from hospital the doctors were concerned by his lack of response to lights and people.
We saw an eye specialist a week later who confirmed at the moment he doesn’t seem to respond to any sight stimulation at all, this is more than likely a side effect from the meningitis.
Our next appointment was made for 6 weeks later, so I’d like to take him to be seen privately to get a second opinion and hopefully get a plan put into place much quicker before he becomes much older.
The doctors who have seen him so far cannot say if this is permanent or not, but until he is tested further with scans etc it is just a waiting game and as his Mummy I need to do all I can to get him the help he needs sooner rather than later.
Obviously private scans cost a lot of money, I was wondering if anyone would be kind enough to help me, I am saving every penny I can but it will still take me forever. Any help will be much appreciated.
