Accidental quarantine in UK 4 UAE rescued kitty

Summer our kitty from Abu Dhabi  lucky enough to have found a safe forever home with a family in UK, arrived last week in the UK. 
At the airport control , her microchip could not be found on her body.  Summer had to be microchipped and  given Rabies vaccine  again with 3 weeks quarantine  and a Bill of £850 !!!!
Please help by giving even a small amount .
