Accident Relief Fund for David Goff

Hi friends and family,

In the early afternoon of July 9th, my uncle, David Goff, was in a construction-related accident at work. In short, plywood he was walking across tipped up, because bracing was removed from underneath without his knowledge. As a result he fell onto a concrete floor at the water treatment plant where he was working. After emergency workers spent an hour extracting him, he was airlifted to Rhode Island Hospital where he was rushed into surgery. He sustained multiple serious injuries and has since been recovering at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital in Charlestown, MA. While he is in good spirits, he has a long road ahead of him and will need extended home care and many accommodations for his recovery once he is discharged from Spaulding.

At the request of numerous friends and family members we have created this gofundme page on behalf of my uncle and his family. We are thankful and amazed by the outpouring of love and support and hope the funds from this page will help relieve some of the financial burden that insurance will not cover.
