Accident put me behind

Unfortunately last month I was in an accident that cost me my job and left without many funds. I only had liability and am scared this will cost me my house. I have two boys 12 & 10 and I have the perfect little house. Unfortunately my landlord is not really one that is forgiving. $700 will cover the rest of my rent.
