Accessible baby stroller

I am a single woman, and I was born without muscles in my arms and legs. I am thrilled to be expecting my first child, Isaac, in May 2018. I plan on caring for him mostly with my mouth. While I have found plenty of gear I can use or adapt easily, finding a stroller that is tall enough for me to reach has been hard. The only one I have found that is height-adjustable costs nearly $1500 (with newborn cot). It is the Stokke Xplory. I would appreciate any help in getting this stroller, which will allow me to take my son out and about independently. Thanks for reading!
