Access to water for Ormelili Primary School kids

Update: because of all your generous donations we reached our goal much faster than expected! Thank you so much!! The initial project for Ormelili can now be realised with the 1500€ collected. However, we have a list of other projects that we would still love to finish:

Flushing and washing your hands after using the toilet might seem very obvious to us. However, for the kids in Ormelili Primary School in Tanzania this really isn’t. Often, there simply isn’t any water at all. In dry season - like now - the school even lacks access to water for weeks in a row.

With funds raised earlier, we started a project installing a reserve water tank at the school, providing access to water in very dry periods. However, in order to properly finalise the project, the water needs to be connected to the surrounding toilet buildings. We would love to help realise this so the school can be a safe hygienic place for the children again, with good toilets and sufficient water.

As our earlier raised funds dried out ;) this round of funding helps us to finance the last needs. Let’s team up to make flushing and washing hands obvious for the children of Ormelili as well!
