Medical Expense for Antonio - Kidney transplant

Dear Friends & Family, I am writing in  need of financial help for my our uncle Antonio A. he is currently on the list for a kidney transplant we are nearing a deadline to get his medical assistance by 12/18/19 , if not he will have to wait another year. He undergoes dialysis three times a week. His illness leaves him tired and takes a toll on his quality of life. During this difficult time, Antonio is grateful for the love and support of his family and friends. He looks forward to receiving a transplant that will give him back his energy and allow him to live a normal life. But right now he needs your help. His declined health forced him to stop working, further adding to his financial burdens. Any help will be grateful and appreciated.
