Academie Lafayette Families Fund

Academie Lafayette is a family.

In this time of uncertainty and confusion, we have to pull together as a family to help care for and ensure that all of our friends and family are taken care of. This GoFundMe is in an effort to make sure that no child or family goes hungry while school is not in session, that no family worries about how they will pay for childcare if they have to work while schools are out, that no family wonders if they will be able to pay their bills while they are unable to go to work. In addition we want to make sure that kids have access to internet hotspots and to electronics to help them stay up on schoolwork. We only have one another and now is that time to gather together and lift one another.

The money will go directly to the school. From there, school social workers will be able to access the funds to help those in need. If you are an Academie Lafayette family or know an AL family that is finding themselves in need, you simply need to reach out to one of the 3 campuses to talk to the social worker who will help get these needs met. This process will also ensure the anonymity of anyone who needs help. We want you to feel loved and supported and never ashamed.

We can do this. I believe in us and I believe we are a strong and loving family. I believe we will take care of each other. We are all we have. All for one and one for all!
