AC system for car

I use my vehicle to get my child back and forth from the Children’s Hospital to get his clubbed feet treated. I recently bought this car in hopes to start driving for Uber and making deliveries, to have some sort of money come in right now.  With my 2 month old I can’t work regular jobs right now, until I establish day care, which everything has been a real pain with this Coronavirus Pandemic.
