My name is Linda. I'm 52 years old, mother of two amazing young men who have each chosen beautiful women as their wives and have been given healthy, radiant grandchildren.. four of them!!! Life is good!
I've been blessed in so many ways. My career in life so far is as a hair stylist.. honing my hair skills every day and as importantly, my listening and communication skills as well.. I meet amazing people every day, one in particular last week, mentioned a mission trip. Before I knew it out of my mouth came " Can I go ? ".. to which she replied .. "Sure !!!!!!! " :)
I've never been on a mission trip before, always thought I'd love to go.. help however I can and the invitation presented itself !!! The trip is sponsored through Servant Outreach, a group that helps facilitate short term mission trips.
The money raised is used towards the flight and all costs associated with that, our meals, housing, Honduran doctors and dentists, supplies and pharmaceuticals for the medical , dentistry and optical doctors, etc. For more info you can check out World Gospel Outreach.
It's time for me to go and help whoever and however I can. I've met my first payment deadline, next one being May, then final payment July. If you can help me with the cost of this trip in any way that will be amazing and I am so grateful!!
