Help with medical/living expenses

My name is Samantha. I am 29 years old and live with my grandparents as a caretaker. Both are disabled and need assistance with nearly everything. My grandmother can only walk short distances with a walker on a good day. On a bad day she can't even stand. There are more bad days than good ones. My grandfather has severe Parkinson's disease. He can do very little on his own. I drive, run errands, cook, clean, help with dressing and washing, etc. Because they need so much assistance, I cannot work a regular job. I can only work 2 days a week when someone else can be there for them. We rely solely on their social security income, which is almost entirely taken up by their medical needs. Of course, there's still utilities and groceries that can't be avoided. We are constantly juggling bills to try to get by.

Their medical insurance has stopped covering anything because we have gotten behind on payments. They cannot go without their medications and supplies. Which means we have to go without groceries, or a phone. Our only vehicle is on its last legs, and I don't know what we will do if that gives out on us.

We are on the verge of selling part of our farm just so we can get by. The farm is literally all we have. This is a last resort, but may have to happen despite our wishes.

My grandparents have given so much to so many people throughout their lives, it's only fair that they are taken care of at this point in their life. And sadly, I am not able to give them all they need. We have a very hard time asking for help, but we can't afford to be proud any longer.
