Help Abraham spread the Gospel to Africa

Bishop Abraham Yel Nhial survived the bloody 12-year civil war in Sudan by becoming one of the 'Lost Boys'; the name given to the thousands of boys who journeyed for five years across hundreds of miles before reaching a refugee camp in Kenya. The boys watched their parents killed in front of their eyes, and lost thousands of their friends along the way before arriving at the camp.

Abraham was the minister in the refugee camps.  And has been the minister to the Lost Boys in the United States.  He has gotten a degree in Biblical Studies while in the United States.  He feels it is his mission to make sure people will not forget and speaks at many churches and universities across the country.

He receives no income and depends on God daily to help him and his people. Abraham is one of the few 'Lost Boys' that has returned to the South Sudan to help his people.  He said that if people in other countries are giving up their comfort to help the South Sudanese people, he certainly can do it.  He is selfless, and instead of staying in the U.S. and being paid by a large church, he is trying to help his people with not only food, medicine and shelter, but to help them to know Jesus Christ.

Abraham risks his life every day to glorify God.  He is truly a spiritual mentor and example to so many.  One of his current missions is to finish the walls on his church and to build a school for the children.

Let's show Abraham our love in Christ and help support his mission.  I am appealing to you all to pray for the people of Sudan and for the 'Lost Boys' and to consider support to help Abraham save the lives of our brothers and sisters in Christ from dying of hunger without Jesus as their personal savior.

Every little bit counts!  We can all make a difference together!

Let's put walls on that cathedral!
