<div>Abigail Children Ministry is a Non- government community-based organization in Jinja City, Uganda fully registered with Reg/Permit number JC/167/CBO/2022. We aim to work and collaborate with rural communities and other relevant stakeholders to improve the quality of vulnerable children and the elderly. This is achieved by providing support through shelter, food, education health, and livelihood programs as well as for children with special needs like the disabled ones, orphans, hungry and abandoned kids, the sick, etc.

<div>My personal ties to Abigail and her children go way back into the past years. I'm supporting several children homes in Uganda, mainly in the Jinja, Iganga and Budaka areas. I've set up fundraisers like this one on Gofundme for which I pass the donations on directly into Abigail's Ugandan mobile wallet without charging any fee

<div>for myself, only the Gofundme and money transfer companies' fees apply. In 2022 I had the great honour to pay Abigail a visit in Jinja, Uganda, and we had wonderful two days, the first one at Abigail's home and the other one on a boat trip on Lake Victoria.

<div>We've got a monthly budget for rent, food, soap, power and water to cover plus school fees, books, pencils, etc every school term. Costs are high in Uganda, the worldwide inflation is taking its hit on the poorest of the poor as well. If you're thinking about donating some funds directly into the hearts of children to give them hope and a better future please think of Abigail and her children in Jinja.
