Abebe's Homegoing

It is with great sadness and grief that we share the loss of my brother Abebe Lackey, who suddenly passed away on June 30th. Abebe a father of 7 and a loved one to many other people . Anyone that knew Abebe knew that he had a big heart. There was not a person he would not help.  His lifes mission was to set a standard of high expectations for his children. Abebe would set a goal and do whatever he had to do to achieve it; if that meant working 12 or more hours he did it, but would always have time for his children and family. After finishing electrician school Bebe branched off and started his own business Universal Maintainece, but that wasnt enough  he then went on to become a realtor with Berkshire Hathaway.  There was no job Bebe couldnt do.  As he would say " I am the business," and that is what he handled his business in all  aspects.
Despite his hard work and dedication, Bebe did not have a life insurance poilcy.   he recently talked about obtaining one but like many people we tend to not make it our priority. We sometimes think I'll do it tomorrow but in  reality tomorrow may never come for one of us.    So we ask if you can help honor his giving spirit by making a donation towards a memorable homegoing service for such a wonderful MAN!
