On Saturday July 15, 2017 the world lost two of its brightest souls – Shari Keyes-Williams and George Eliadis – unexpectedly in a tragic accident.
Shari was a loving daughter, mother, sister, cousin and friend to so many. She was strong and determined, and always dedicated to supporting her wonderful and talented daughter Abbey.
Having recently turned 13, Abbey is now facing the loss of her mother at a crucial time in her young life.
If you know Abbey, you know that from a young age she has been generous and selfless – always thinking of those less fortunate and trying to help in any way she could. This is our chance to show her we care.
Those of us who know and love Abbey would like to support her in continuing her passion of competitive dance, and to help with any expenses she might face for post-secondary education. As a memorial to Shari, this trust fund will be managed by Shari's cousin Kim Davis, CPA (chartered accountant) and used as needed for Abbey's expenses.
As Shari once said, "Abbey, I am forever proud of you not because of your awards, but because at your young age, you've realized that hard work, dedication and teamwork will get you far in life… My heart is still bursting with pride."
