Eden Croteau Hodgkins Lymphoma IV

Hello everyone. My name is Suzanne Marquardt. My cousin Faye Croteau and I are joining together in support for her brother and my cousin Eden Croteau in his fight of stage IV Hodgkins Lymphoma. He is 22 years old and lives in Farmington Hills MI. He doesn't have a mother or father present in his life and we feel he needs all the support he can get. He is scheduled to begin chemotherapy next week and was told that he will more than likely become infertile due to the type of drug he will be receiving. While he has health coverage, he is still going to have thousands of dollars in bills after treatment and the banking of his sperm (which is not covered by insurance) for him to have access to upon recovery if he chooses to start a family. I feel uncomfortable asking for support for him because I know each of you have your own obstacles in life and finances to attend to. I just feel deep remorse for Eden not having a mother or a father to turn to in this time of need. To hear you have stage 4 cancer when you should be enjoying college, friendships, and being young must be devestating. We heard about Go Fund Me from facebook and figured we might as well give it a shot. We appreciate anything you could donate to help us raise money for Eden. Even if its just a dollar, it will go a long way and we will see to it that some of the proceeds get donated to the American Cancer Society in his name. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
