Aazhooba'idi- Run Across Graduation Together

Abandon, an amazing human, who has given so much to us and the world is going to graduate soon. Abandon has had to take on added quarters to complete their MSW. Due to this, Abandon could use some community support on their way to graduation. Let's as a community see our sibling thrive in the meantime. 

Abandon has put so much time, energy, and love into the heart work of the school and community. They do so with immense honor for their ancestors and love for those who will come after them. In their words, “I am standing on the shoulders of so many fighters and people who could not read for themselves but fought tooth and nail for their children to read, write and do sums. These people were considered savages but they were dreamers and revolutionaries. Each person that gets a degree is one more link in a chain that will guide others.”

This Go Fund Me is a space for those of us that know & love them to support them financially in this strenuous time if we’re able. Please don’t feel any pressure. Wanting it to be an expression of mutual care, finding strength and support in community when we need it as both givers and receivers in different seasons.
