Aaron is 23 years old and he is from Monrovia, Liberia. He served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints from February of 2018 until February of this year. He returned home to Liberia right before the Coronavirus outbreak. When the outbreak struck, his parents lost their jobs at the rubber producing plant they previously worked at. Despite that Aaron and his family have been working hard to save money so he can get a higher education. They have saved $1300 to pay for his tuition and need $1000 more to help him. Aaron and I served together in Zimbabwe where we were companions for a time. I know his work ethic and I know he will make the most out of his schooling. Your donation could help him and his family more than you know so please donate what you can. Thank you!
Aaron is a great friend of mine.He is from Monrovia Liberia. We met when we served together in Mutare, Zimbabwe for nearly five months. He was one of my favorite companions and is still a good friend of mine. Aaron was a great missionary who was selfless and worked hard. We have continued to keep in touch even after our missions.
Aaron returned home from his mission in February 2020 with the hopes of going to a university. He came home to find not only that the economy was struggling but then the Coronavirus outbreak hit. Companies shut down and Liberia was seriously affected. Aaron’s parents who worked at a large rubber manufacturing plant lost their jobs because of closures at the plant they worked at. Despite that Aaron worked hard and got a job plus he began the BYU Pathways program. In his first semester of pathways he earned a 4.2 GPA and earned a scholarship to help him through his second semester.
Him and his family have been working hard to save money so he could go and study at a university in person. They managed to save $1300 USD but need $1000 more to pay for his tuition. I know Aaron and I know he wouldn’t ask for help if he didn’t need it. I’m sure he will work hard to complete his education and it will be something that blesses his family for generations. Please help by donating what you can! Anything helps and it will be greatly appreciated!
