Aaron Callaway & family recovery

Aaron Callaway is, and has been a valuable part of the Tech Con Trenching, Inc. team for almost 4 years as one of our senior trencher operators.  On September 7, he was on a jobsite in Midland, Texas on his trencher, when the unthinkable happened and he cut into a live natural gas line, and his trencher caught fire.  The incident  is still under investigation.  He  has third degree burns on his arms, hands, back and face.  He is currently at the burn unit at UMC in Lubbock, Texas. 

Aaron's wife, Erica is currently with him, but she has a job back home in San Antonio, and is traveling back and forth to Lubbock as much as she can, having to be off work, have someone care for their 19 month old twins in her absence, and relying on  help with transportation for their  middle school aged son. 

Please find it in your heart to help this family as this was totally out of their control, and it will take a long time for Aaron to recover from his injuries.
