LaLa Bear Fundraiser

Thank you so much for stopping by The Lala Bear fundraiser! Lala is a nine-year-old American pitbull terrier. She is a fun, loving, and adorable pitbull! My family and I have own Lala since she was just a little puppy. It was such an amazing day when we set our eyes on Lala. As she looked back at us with her beady blue eyes and whitecoat we knew she was going to be the perfect dog for our family. LaLa has always been the life of the party running up and down the stairs in and out of the house. There has never been a dull moment for our LaLa Bear! In the month of October 2013 LaLa had a 9 inch tumor in her hind leg. At the time Lala was about 96 pounds right after the operation. The doctors told us their concern with her weight and that we need to put her on a diet. So our family did what was recommended. In a manner of three months LaLa had dropped down to 70 pounds. That was about 26 pounds that she had lost since October. My family and I had a huge concern so we rushed over to the emergency room. Where the doctors told us that she had been diagnosed with diabetes. About four and half months have gone by since LaLa has been diagnosed with diabetes. Since then her vision was been deteriorated and she's developing cataracts in both of her eyes. LaLa isn't herself anymore, she likes to lay in the darkness to help her eyes see better. Once in the light she bumps into the walls, she can't see open/close doors. Lala sometimes tends to wonder in the backyard for minutes at a time trying to find a way back into the house. Just recently we had one of the biggest scariest and were her blood sugar was out of control. She was unable to stand up was vomiting all over. It saddens us to see Lala in these conditions.... With the help of this fundraiser We will be able to take better care of LaLa with her diabetes but also get her surgery done for her vision. My family and I love and adore Lala we can't imagine our house without her! We hate to see her suffer like this. We know that our friends and family can help us save Lala's life.
