A New Heart for Donnie

Donnie Baumgart, 42 year old father of 3 young children, has been battling cardiomyopathy/congested heart failure since 2008. He's been in and out of the hospital since then and had survived this long with the help of a pacemaker/defibulator. His heart has basically just given out. Physicians at St. Joseph's hospital in Atlanta, Ga have started the evaluation process for a heart transplant. As you can imagine this process will be very expensive. He is required to have at least $5000 in a fundraising account before he will be added to the transplant list. Any donation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
