Raising Money to buy prosthetic leg for my Friend

I am trying to raise $15000 to aid my very good friend (Naresh Egadandi - 28 years old) get a new prosthetic leg. He had lost his leg due to an accident 10 years ago. His leg was amputated and he started using a prosthetic leg. Later, an infection developed in his prosthetic leg, and now he isn't able/allowed to use it. Naresh wants to remain active, but has been prevented from doing activities due to the limitations of his prosthetic leg, it tends to collapse and causes infection to his amputed knee area. He needs to undergo another surgery for a new prosthetic leg.
