Please Help My Family

Hello. My name is Haliyma. Since June 12, 2016 my family has been having such a hard time dealing with the absence of my step mom, Deonka Drayton, that was in our lives since April 19, 2009. I have had to witness my family try to deal with that pain while my mom try to figure out how to adjust to being a single parent over night along with telling so many different people & companies about our lives with my step mom over & over again while carrying a pack of papers to show them prof that she's not telling a lie, for them to tell her because we are not "immediate" family they can't help us & there is nothing they can do. I have tried to keep it together for my mom by helping with my baby brother & sister but I've always felt like I wish I could do more. Well now we are in a very bad situation & I'm hoping me doing this for my mom helps my family. So my mom went & spoke to the manager of the apartment we stay in about doing a month to month until the other apartment comes available, a couple months ago. The manager told my mom she thought it would be ok because she worked at other apartments that did that. She said she needed to talk to the corporate office first & make sure it was ok. She told my mom that if she didn't hear back from her then that meant everything was ok & all she had to do was bring in prof of income to verify everything is still the same. Well all the way up until May 26th my mom thought everything was ok because she never heard back from the manager. So my mom decided to go to the office to give them the prof. But the manager is away traveling & the manager in charge until she comes back said there isn't any notes & they already preleased the apartment so we have to be out by the 31st & there is "nothing" they can do. Me, my baby sister & brother & my mom have no where to go so my mom had to use the money she was saving for our move to hire people to move our stuff out, get a storage unit, find a cheap hotel, get a post office box, put everything in boxes & clean the apartment the best we could in just 5 days. So now my mom is hoping that she can save up enough money again to pay all the closing bills at the apartment we had to leave from & for the deposit & move to the new one whenever it comes available, while paying for the hotel. Which is why I hope me doing this for my family will help. I appreciate any help you can give. My parents have always been very responsible when it came to this family's needs & it hurts so bad to go through all this right now along with dealing with the one year anniversary of the death of my step mom.
