Leukaemia struck for a second time

I have acute leukaemia for the second time round and a infected left lung.Iwill need to have surgery to have my lung removed   and will continue with my kemo treatment after and possible a stem cell or bone marrow replacement, depends on how i go with the other stuff, but at the moment i am having trouble keeping up with my  house payments, car  and various  medical bills etc . My wife works but on a low weekly wage which will not cover all the bills .i do not know if i will survive this leukaemia treatment or what the outcome will be but at the moment im in and out of S.C.G.H. as a outpatient for treatment and  check ups and back  home for recovery.Ihope someone can help me out before it comes to selling  my home if you cant help maybe you can share this plea for me thankyou very much in advance hopefully someone who is well off can help.
