We have fallen behind on our mortgage and facing possible foreclosure. The bank is giving us 30 days to bring our mortgage current and after 30 days they will begin the foreclosure process. We have tried organizations that are supposed to help prevent foreclosure but were unable to help us. These organizations had ran out of funds or could not help because our mortgage is through a credit union.
