Our wonderful friend/colleague/family member Keith suffered a life-threatening stroke on April 29, 2014. After being unconscious for five weeks, he awoke on June 2nd and is currently recuperating in South Florida. His recovery is coming along very well and each day sees more and more progress. He is working through a challenging Physical Therapy routine, one that already has him up and walking, and working with weights to improve strength and flexibility. What we have witnessed over the past few months is nothing short of a miracle. His comeback speaks volumes about the power of prayer and skilled medical care, of course. Toss in a highly-motivated patient with a great attitude and it's a winning combination!
As you can imagine, even with insurance, Keith is encountering numerous expenses stemming from his hospitalization and rehabilitation. These include things like $40 co-pays for EACH physical therapy session, costs related to medication and co-pays for each of the many specialists he has seen, and will continue to see. Would you please consider a monetary gift to help Keith out? He is a wonderful guy who has touched the lives of so many people over the years with his friendship, professionalism on the job, generosity and all-around goodness.
