My First Art Exhibition

Thank YOU so very much for all your support! ~ Jim
Dear Friends,
I’m Jim, and I’m reaching out today to ask you for your help with my next project.
I’ve been a visual artist and author for most of my life, primarily focused on creating unusual picture books for children and their families, and I have my first exhibition this October at Thompson Giroux Gallery in Chatham, NY.
This show will include some images from my recent books and many others that touch on broader social and personal themes. I will be exhibiting large, limited edition prints of my artwork and illustrations, and displaying some of my poems alongside many of these images.
This is a rather large project; there are approximately 40 pieces that I am preparing, which will require printing, framing and other materials.
My goal is to raise about $6,700, which, along with my contribution, will cover these expenses.
As a thank you gesture, for anyone that can donate $50 or more, I will send you a (5x7) original, signed print of one of my images, offered as an edition of 100.
For anyone that contributes $250 or more, I will send you an original, signed print, as well as a signed copy of my new book “Mother Winter", published by Creative Editions. This might be an excellent book to share with family during the holidays!
Thank you so very much!
Many Hugs,
Jim
