In Memory of Jaxon Adams

Please help us give Jaxon a headstone to mark his home and resting place. We were able to give him a beautiful funeral service,but we do not have enough to give him the perfect headstone. He was taken from us at 3 months old, he had a genuine smile that made everyone around him smile. We also appreciate all the prayers that everyone has sent our way it has helped us through these past few months. Jaxon is and will always be our sweet baby boy. RIP sweet angel!! We love you!!
