Love & Support for Taylor

Donation protected
One of a parent's most horrific nightmares occurred at Oakwood School, to a friend of mine last week. 14 yr old Taylor and 2 classmates were hit by a car last week at Oakwood School coming back from their PE class at the park. Taylor has suffered severe brain damage, and is on life support in critical condition. The road ahead is long. As any parent can imagine, her parents are doing the best they can to continue intentions of healing for a full recovery for their baby girl.

This event has really overwhelmed me. I can't imagine her parents pain, anger, frustration, anxiety. They dropped off their daughter at school, like all of us do, and received the worst call any of us can imagine. I wanted to help in some way, and so this is my way. The only thing I can think of is that if this was happening to me, the last thing I would want to think about is how I'm going to pay for everything. All I'd want to focus on is getting my baby girl to heal.  Whether you know Taylor or not, I know my friends and colleagues to be an empathetic lot, and like me, want to help in any way we can. I firmly believe what happens to anyone's child happens to ours.  If you can, please contribute to help Taylor with her recovery and send warm thoughts of love and healing to her.

Much appreciated, and many thanks in advance.
